Meet the Founders

Sometimes the best business ideas start around the family dinner table. In late 2023, brothers Roel and Lars combined their shared passion for photography with complementary business expertise to create something entirely new – a photography network that puts collaboration at its heart.

What began as a family project has evolved into Europe's most trusted creative network, spanning 4 countries with 7 carefully selected photographers. But this isn't just a growth story – it's about two brothers who believed that the best creative work happens when diverse talents unite around a shared vision.

    Meet Roel Paffen, one of the co-founders of OhMy-Photography and leader of our Switzerland location. Roel brings a mix of passion for photography and marketing expertise to our projects. He also heads his own marketing agency in Geneva, providing our clients with innovative campaigns fueled by creative insights.

    Ginevra Bonina (1993) is an Italian photographer and videomaker specializing in reportage, portraits, and events.


    After completing academic and professional experiences in Italy, China and Canada, she has been based in Geneva since 2019. In 2023, she completed a one-year masterclass in photo and videojournalism.

    Her work focuses on commercial photography and long-term documentary projects. With extensive experience in both photography and marketing, she brings a unique perspective to capturing meaningful moments and telling authentic stories.

    Hello, my name is Natasha, and I’m a photographer based in London with many years of experience behind the lens. My passion lies in capturing life’s most meaningful moments, and my expertise allows me to create timeless images while keeping the process simple and comfortable for you.  

    I specialize in portraits and events, combining professionalism with a relaxed approach to ensure every session feels natural and enjoyable. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on authenticity, I strive to bring out the best in every moment we capture together.

    My name is Julian Felix from the Netherlands. I graduated from the University of the Arts. I work as a cameraman in the TV industry.

    I record drama series, various current affairs programs, and music concerts. In addition, I also have experience in the corporate world, including corporate films. I have editing experience with Adobe.

    I am calm and spontaneous, and I always strive to get the best results with my shots. Let’s create something beautiful together!

    Hey, I’m Jolaisa, a 34-year-old photographer based in the Netherlands. I work on a variety of projects, including weddings, portraits, lifestyle, and fantasy photography.

    Photography, to me, is about capturing real moments and the stories behind them. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, creating images that feel natural and true to who they are.

    My approach is relaxed and spontaneous, letting moments unfold as they happen.

    Let me introduce myself, my name is Eric. I’m an all-round content creator from the Netherlands.

    I specialize in dynamic short form social media content. I love to combine different technique in videomaking and editing, like motion graphics and vfx.
    I have a solid base in the Adobe suite, like lightroom, photoshop, premiere pro and after effects.

    Besides the fast paced content, I also love to make artfull photographs and videos. I just have a deep passion for creating visual content.

    For me, photography is about capturing moments that feel real, whether it’s the energy of an event, the story in a fashion shoot, the personality in a portrait, or the character of a product. I focus on the small details that often get overlooked and aim to create images that feel natural and have reason and purpose.

    I make films and photographs as one might commit small, stylish crimes against reality. The camera is not my servant but my accomplice—we conspire to turn the ordinary into something suspiciously beautiful.

    I see cinematography not as a profession but as a philosophy. Reality, left alone, is underdressed; it needs the gaze to be transfigured. The lens is no mirror—it’s a theatre for the unnoticed.

    Beauty appears only when life forgets itself. My task is to lure it into such moments, where the accidental reveals its necessity and the ephemeral its dignity.

    What others call “capturing,” I call listening. I seek not polite beauty, but dangerous beauty—the kind that unsettles, seduces, and lingers.
